I have known Mr Hemant Batra during the time when he was handling the SBI account on behalf of Adfactors. He explained to us many nuances of PR that we, as bankers, often missed. He also led the initiative for training our executives, who were the spokespersons, explaining the correct way of addressing the media. I found him helpful and prompt in his dealings with us.
